Terms of Service

CySLex LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of Puerto Rico, providing cybersecurity, compliance, and AI governance services.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about CySLex, contact us, and complete the readiness assessment.

You agree not to probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities except as permitted by our Responsible Disclosure policy.

You agree not to attempt to bypass anti-bot, rate-limiting, or access controls.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms.

You agree not to scrape, harvest, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

You agree not to use the Site to transmit malware or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend or block access for conduct that violates these Terms.

The readiness assessment, posture scores, benchmark profiles, FAQ, and other content on the Site are provided for general information. They are indicative only: they are not a security audit, a compliance attestation, legal advice, or a guarantee that your organization meets any standard.

Illustrative metrics and case profiles on the Site represent target architectures and benchmark profiles, as noted on the Site, and do not describe a specific client unless expressly stated.

Decisions about your security and compliance program should be based on a scoped engagement, not on Site content alone.

Information you submit through the contact form is handled under our Privacy Policy. We treat technical details you share about your environment as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as described in that policy.

A formal mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before any detailed technical exchange as part of a prospective engagement.

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, the CySLex name and marks, and the methodologies described on it are owned by CySLex LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. No other license is granted.

Framework names (SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, HIPAA, and others) are the property of their respective owners; references to them describe alignment and do not imply endorsement.

Using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or completing the assessment does not create a client relationship, engagement, or any duty on CySLex's part to perform services. A client relationship exists only under a signed agreement.

The Site relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting and anti-bot protection) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

The Site and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CySLex LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its content.

Our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CySLex LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice and discussion for at least 30 days.

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor.
